Our Story

Jong Chong Dee

Born from the tea-drinking culture of Thailand's three southern border provinces, our recipe was refined over years into the bold, full-bodied brew known as Jong Chong Dee — a tea house with its roots in Yala. Our goal is to create quality drinks that build careers and income for people in the region and for anyone who wants to join us.

Signage & counter

Foldable counter, menu board, standing menu sign and wrap-around counter graphics.

Brewing equipment

Coolers, stainless pitchers, measuring cups, tea strainers, whisks, tea presses, filter bags, ice scoop, squeeze bottles — and a blender in the 49,900 set.

Packaging

Cups in 22, 28 and 32 oz, matching lids, pearl and regular straws, paper and plastic bags, branded stickers, cup seals and rubber bands.

Front-of-shop equipment

Cup holders, lighting, cup size display and topping jars.

Starter ingredients

Yala tea, uncolored tea, black tea, green tea, lime tea, cocoa, antique coffee, o-leang, pink milk, taro, lemon — plus five smoothie bases in the 49,900 set.

Please note Starter ingredients are trial-size, meant for practice before you open. If sold, they make roughly 110 cups and up, depending on cup size. Kitchen equipment such as gas stoves and boiling pots is purchased by the franchisee — the brand provides an illustrated buying guide.

Before you decide

Terms you should know

Read these in full before committing. If anything is unclear, message us and ask first.

Package prices include VAT and delivery within Thailand
Security deposit of 5,000 THB, separate from the franchise fee — refunded on the day you stop operating as Jong Chong Dee. The only payments made to the franchise are the package price and the deposit.
The contract runs for 1 year. Renewing into year 2 is free. From year 3, renewal costs 3,500 THB per year (about 291.7 THB a month), payable only if you choose to continue.
Ingredients in the package are trial-size for practice before opening — roughly 110 cups and up if sold, depending on cup size.
There is a minimum order of 15,000 THB per month for ingredients and packaging combined. There is no minimum per order and no set number of orders per month — only the monthly total applies.
Kitchen equipment such as gas stoves, boiling pots and other tools needed to brew is purchased by the franchisee. The brand provides an illustrated buying guide to follow.
Counter graphics supplied with the package may not be applied anywhere other than the counter received in that package.
The company reserves the right to change or adjust equipment as appropriate.

Fitting out your shop

You can build the shop yourself

Decorate as you like, as long as it keeps the brand identity — a white and red colour scheme.

Shop graphics designed free of charge

Send us the sizes and positions you want; our team designs them for you. You then order the printing and install them yourself, following the design conditions. Designs are produced by our team under brand copyright — customers cannot choose their own artwork.

Counter graphics stay on the counter

You may use the counter from your package or not, but the graphics supplied with it cannot be installed on any other spot or counter.
